How to request a refund

1. Login to your account
2. Click 'Credit account'
3. Click 'Display refund requests'
4. Click 'Request a refund'
5. Select the request type (full or partial refund)
6. Click 'Confirm refund request'

Note: It will then take up to 30 days for the refund to be completed.
